摘　　要：研究阻燃剂RF-2088与分散染料的同浴染色处理工艺,考察各工艺因素对阻燃效果、染色色深、色牢度、织物强力、手感和耐洗性的影响。结果表明,阻燃剂RF-2088与分散染料同浴加工处理涤纶织物,可获得良好的阻燃效果,当阻燃剂质量分数为20%(omf),在染色温度125℃,时间30 min时,阻燃效果达到最佳;阻燃整理剂对织物色光、色牢度、强力和手感影响小,阻燃效果的耐洗性优良。Dyeing and finishing of polyester fabric in one bath with disperse dyes and flame-retardant RF-2088 is carried out. The effects of process parameters on the flame retardancy, dyeing depth, color fastness, strength, handle and washability of the finished fabrics are discussed.The results show that the finished fabrics feature good flame retardancy and washability at the optimum conditions of 20% of RF-2088 and dyeing at 125 ℃ for 30 min. The flame retardant agent has a little effect on the shade, color fastness, handle and the strength of the fabrics.
