艾灸肾俞穴对男子散打运动员血清睾酮和免疫球蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:冬训期间对男子散打运动员进行艾灸,研究艾灸对受试者血清睾酮与免疫水平的影响。方法:将受试者分为艾灸组和对照组,艾灸组运动员每天训练结束后晚上做常规放松,并艾灸双侧肾俞穴30 min,每周5次,持续8周;对照组运动员每天训练结束后,晚上只做常规放松。冬训开始前1天和8周结束后对受试者进行血液检测。结果:实验后艾灸组血清睾酮显著高于实验前,对照组血清睾酮无变化;实验后艾灸组血清中免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A含量显著增加,对照组无差异;两组的免疫球蛋白M实验前后无变化。结论:冬训期间艾灸男子散打运动员双侧肾俞穴,可提高运动员血清睾酮、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A含量,维持运动员机体免疫机能的稳定。Objective： it is to study the effects of moxibustion treatment upon Shenyu point on male Sanda athletes＇ testosterone and immunoglobulin,by way of the moxibustion treatment upon male Sanda athletes. Method： the participants tested were divided into moxibustion group and control group. For the former group,besides regular limbering work after daily training at night,the moxibustion treatment upon bilateral Shenyu points for 30 mins every day and 5 times a week for the consecutive 8 weeks was also conducted. By contrast,control group were only treated by regular limbering work. And blood test one day prior to winter training and after the 8thweeks was conducted as well. Results： there is a significantly higher amount of testosterones after the experiment in moxibustion group while no differences are found in control group. In addition,a significant increase of immunoglobulin G and A is seen in moxibustion group while no change is seen in control group. And there is no difference of the amount of immunoglobulin M before and after experiment in either group.Conclusion： Moxibustion treatment upon bilateral Shenyu points of male Sanda athletes may increase the amount of testosterone,immunoglobulin G and A in serum, thus maintain immunity function of participants to some extent during winter training.
