农村劳动力转移过程中就业地决策的认知因素——以安徽省四个样本村为例

摘　　要：在分析农村劳动力就业地决策和转移过程中就业环境认知内涵的基础上,以安徽省四个样本村为例,使用多项Logistic回归方程,探讨农村劳动力转移过程中就业环境认知对就业地决策的影响。研究结果表明:当前安徽省农村劳动力转移就业首要选择是经济发达的工商业城市,对距离接近和社会联系都有很强烈的倾向,对就业属性不满意的较多,对就业地的生活设施比较满意,对就业地社会自然环境的整体认可程度不高。农村劳动力是在对就业地的形象、距离、就业属性、生活设施和社会自然环境进行综合性评价的基础上,做出就业地决策的。Based on the analysis of destination choices in the rural labor transfer and transfer employment en-vironment cognitive connotation,with four sample villages in Anhui Province as examples,using Multino-mial Logistic Regression Equation,discuss the influence of the employment environment cognition on desti-nation choices.The results show that：The first choice of rural labor transfer in Anhui Province employ-ment is industrial and commercial cities of developed economy,with a strong tendency to close distance and social contact.Most of the laborers are not satisfied with the job attributes,while more satisfied with the living facilities employment destination,and the overall recognition of the employment of social and natural environment is not high.The rural labor choice is based on the comprehensive evaluation of the image,dis-tance,employment attributes,living facilities,social and natural environment of the transfer destination.
