摘　　要：在综合考虑学前教育成本分担中各主体的偏好及动因的前提下,建立相应的数理模型,分析不同条件对幼儿入园率的影响。运用我国1998-2009年的省级面板数据验证各成本分担主体及其他因素对幼儿入园率的作用及效果,提出相关的政策建议。Based on preference and motivation of main bodies in preschool education,establish the corre-sponding mathematical model,and analyze the influence of different conditions on the kindergarten attend-ance rate of children.Use the provincial panel data of China 1998-2009 to verify the main body of cost sha-ring and other factors on the rate.Finally and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
