摘　　要：正确认识和切实推动人民代表大会制度与时俱进,需要把握正确的时代维度,顺应时代步伐,在"进"的路径选择上有更加全面的时代坐标和参数;审时度势,抓住时代脉搏,反映时代特色,依托时代基础,实现时代要求,让人大制度的与时俱进能够沿着正确的推进方向、明确的推进目标、适当的推进步伐前进;使人民代表大会制度的与时俱进能够真正做到"因时而进"、"顺时而为"、"进而有用"、"进而有效"、"进而有度"、"进而有序"。The understanding and promoting the People＇s Congress System＇s Keeping Pace with the Times, needs to have a proper understanding of the perspective of the times, and conform to the pace of the times situation. We should reflect features of the times, rely on the foundation of the times, and meet the demand of the times, so that the People＇s Congress System＇ s Keeping Pace with the Times can go along in the right direction, and with a clear target.
