摘  要:套筒式竖窑是一种很有发展前景的新型窑,具有设备简单、操作和维修方便、工作环境较好、产品质量优良等优势,但在运行期间,套筒式竖窑易出现拱桥耐火材料烧损的现象。以本钢套筒式气烧石灰窑为例进行数值模拟,取5个燃烧室中的一个作为研究对象,改变一次风、二次风的配比和燃料的热值,模拟燃烧室的流动和温度分布情况。对套筒窑存在的耐火材料烧损问题进行分析,获得石灰窑拱桥烧损的主要影响因素,提出了解决方案。The sleeve shaft kiln is a new type kiln, which has the advantages of simple equipment, convenient operation and maintenance, good working environment and excellent product quality. But during the operation, the refractory of arch bridges is easy to have over burn problem. Taking Benxi Steel Factory as an example, the sleeve shaft lime kiln of gas bum is numerical simulated. One of the five combustion chambers is taken as the study object. The ratio of primary air and secondary air, and the calorific value of fuel are changed to simulate the velocity and temperature distribution in combustion chamber. The problem of over burn refractory is analyzed, and the main factors are obtained and the solutions are proposed.
