摘  要:在加热炉的燃烧控制中,通常采用交叉限幅控制方法,但此控制方法往往无法保持空燃比在设定范围内,造成不必要的热量损失及金属烧损。烟气残氧量的检测方法,可以实际反映加热炉内的空燃比,这种新型的基于残氧量检测的变结构交叉限幅控制更加准确地检测空气、燃料流量的限值,使空燃比在设定的范围内,实现加热炉的双交叉限幅控制。The double cross limit control method is usually adopted in the combustion control of reheating furnace, but it could not keep the air-fuel ratio in the setting range, and lead to unnecessary heat loss and metal loss. The detection methods of the residual oxygen can actually reflect the reheating furnace air-fuel ratio. This new type of variable structure cross limit control based on the residual oxygen detection is more accurate for detecting the limit of air and fuel flow, makes air-fuel ratio in the setting range and realizes the double cross limit control of heating furnace.
