摘　　要：针对工业炉窑生产信息化的发展,介绍了邢台铸诚轧辊公司全厂工业炉窑生产数据采集系统的设计与实现。利用OPC、PLC等技术,在现有自动控制系统基础上初步完成工业炉窑生产全过程信息化,具有低成本、低投入和扩展方便等特点,实际使用运行良好。Combining with the development of industrial furnace production information, the design and realization of the production-data collecting system of the industrial kilns and furnaces in Xingtai Zhucheng Roller Co., Ltd, are introduced. Based on the existing automatic control system, the informationalization of the complete production process is realized by using OPC technology and PLC technology. The system has such advantages as low cost, low investment and convenient to expand, which has worked well in practice.
