摘  要:为了保证煤矿安全生产,需要对煤矿瓦斯管路中出现的瓦斯爆燃做出快速准确的判断,设计了一种基于紫红外双光谱检测原理的火焰探测器,它根据火焰辐射的光谱特性,利用紫外和红外传感器的特性和相关性识别火焰信号,达到早期抑爆的目的。最后,为验证探测器的优越性和有效性,根据GB 15631-2008特种火灾探测器标准要求设计了一系列的实验。实验结果表明,该探测器灵敏度高、响应时间短、抗误报能力强且具有较强的环境适应能力。目前,该探测器已成功应用于煤矿瓦斯抽采安全保障系统,且取得了较好的经济效益。In order to guarantee the safety of coalmine in process of production,it's necessary to identify flame of the gas of coalmine in accurately and quickly. This paper designs a fire detector with dual-spectrum,which include ultraviolet and infrared photoelectric cells. According to the characteristic of spectrum from flame radiation, ultraviolet and infrared pho- toelectric cells are used to recognize flame. In addition, a series of experiments were conducted in accordance with GB15631-200~ to testify the superiority and effectiveness of the detector proposed in this paper. Experimental results indi- cate that our designed detector has advantages of high sensitivity, short respond time, low false alarm rate and strong adaptive capacity to environment. It's necessary to emphasize that this detector has been successfully used in coal mine, and has generated economic benefits.
