紫背水竹叶根生药学初步研究

摘　　要：目的:对紫背水竹叶根进行生药学研究,为扩大和寻找新药源提供科学依据。方法:采用基原鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别等方法对紫背水竹叶根进行生药学研究。结果:紫背水竹叶根中除有梯纹导管外,还有类字母形导管;其乙醇提取液试验、水提取液试验、石油醚提取液中含有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、皂苷、酚类、有机酸、黄酮类、生物碱等成分。结论:紫背水竹叶有效成分丰富,为进一步深入研究奠定了基础。Objective：Pharmacognosy survey on the root of Murdannia divergens （C. B. Clarke） Bruckn. were proceeded to provide scientific basis for expanding new medicine resources. Methods：Source,character,mi- croscopical character and physicochemical identification methods were used to obtain pharmacognosy data. Results：Besides scalariform vessel from powder of the root,there are special alphabet-like vessels in it. Physicochemical test on extracts of alcohol,water and petroleum ether showed that the root contained pro- teins, amino acids, saccharides, saponins, phenols, organic acids, flavonoids, alkaloids etc. Conclusion： Character and microscopical chatacter identifications on the root of Murdannia divergens were first reported. The probe contains abundant chemical components.
