摘　　要：在网络技术快速发展和网络资源日益丰富的今天,传统图书馆服务模式面临着困境与挑战。以读者为中心、随时随地、主动服务为特征的泛在服务模式为图书馆突破传统,走出困境开辟了新的道路。微博、微信、QQ等即时通信软件以及智能手机、IPad等移动设备在大学生群体中的广泛使用,为构建图书馆构建泛在服务体系提供了软件和硬件保障。in the rapid development of network technology and network resources, increasingly rich today, traditional library service mode is facing difficulties and chaUenges.To the reader as the center, anytime, anywhere, generic characteristic of active service in service mode to break through the traditional library, and offers a new way out of the woods.Weibo, micro letter, QQ instant messenger software and smart phones, such as the mobile devices such as widely used in college students＇ group, to build the library building in the service system provides the software and hardware protection.
