我国田径竞赛规则演进与发展变化趋势研究

摘　　要：田径竞赛规则是为顺利进行田径运动竞赛所制定的统一规范与准则。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以技术规则内容变化为切入点,以1998—2012年出版的共6本《田径竞赛规则》主要修改变化的条款内容作为研究对象。结合我国田径发展的具体实际,认真剖析了14年间我国田径竞赛规则内容变化发展的过程,寻找内容变化的依据,认识和把握规则变化的特点,系统、详细地阐述了竞赛规则内容变化的整个演变过程与发展趋势,为我国运动员、教练员在比赛中合理运用规则以及田径运动训练和竞赛工作与国际接轨提供理论参考。The rules of track and field competition are unified and standardized smoothly track and field sports developed and guidelines. In this study, research methods of literature and logical analysis were used. From the change of technical rules as the breakthrough point,in terms of the content change, a total of 6 latest＂ track and field competition rules＂ pub- lished in 1998 to 2012 were the objects of the study. Combined with the practice of our country＇ s track and field develop- ment the outhors, analyzes the process of rule of track and field competition content change in the development of 14 years, looked for the content change of basis, characteristics of understanding and grasping the rule changes, system, elaborates the evolution process and development trend of competition rules change and try to provide theoretical reference for Chinese athletes and the coaches in the game using rules and athletic training and competition with international standards.
