摘  要:用ZnCl_2和K_3Co(CN)_6制备双金属氰化络合物催化剂(DMC),继而用该催化剂进行乙氧基化反应,合成了烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚APEG(5000)-A。通过凝胶色谱以及双键保留率的检测,杂质聚乙二醇含量为1.78%,比传统APEG(5000)-B低,双键保留率比传统APEG(5000)-B高。对以A:PEG(5000)-A为大单体合成的减水剂与传统APEG(5000)-B大单体共聚而成的减水剂进行混凝土的坍落度及坍落度保持性对比试验,结果表明使用该APEG(5000)-A合成的聚羧酸减水剂的性能更佳。Double metal cyanide complex (DMC) was synthesized from ZnCl2 and K3Co (CN)6; then, DMC was used as catalyst in ethoxylation reaction to synthesize allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether macromer. The characterization of macromer by gel chromatography and double bound retention rate test indicated that APEG(5000)-A had lower impurity content (with 1.78% polyethylene glycol) and higher double bound retention rate than traditional APEG (5000)-B. APEG (5000)-A and traditional APEG (5000)-B were used to synthesize the polycarboxylate superplasticizer respectively. By comparison of the concrete slump and slump retention, it was found that the polycarboxylate supelplasticizer synthesized by APEG(5000)-A has better performance in concrete slump and remaining of it than that by APEG(5000)-B.
