高层错层住宅剪力墙结构设计初探

摘　　要：随着科学技术水平的不断提升，我国高层住宅建筑设计施工中的错层住宅形式的应用也逐渐增多。本文分析了高层错层住宅剪力墙结构的特点，提出了该结构的设计思路。并通过工程实例进行了验证，具有一定借鉴价值。With the improvement of science and technology level, the application of staggered floor residence form in Chinese high-rise residential buildings design construction is also gradually increasing. This article analyzes the characteri-stics of high-rise staggered floor shear wal structure and puts forward the design idea of the structure. And through an engineering example, the author verified and has a certain re-ference value.
