摘　　要：施工现场是进行建筑施工最重要的场所，在建筑工程中是非常重要的一项内容。在施工现场管理中，还包括了很多的方面，如施工安全、施工质量以及制度的落实应用等。所以，建筑工程的现场管理也具备了一定的系统性，有着一定的难度。The construction site is the most important place for building construction, which is one of great important contents in building engineering. In the construction site ma-nagement, many aspects are also included, such as const-ruction safety, construction quality and the implementation application of the institution, etc. So, the construction site m-anagement also has the certain systemic and certain dif iculty.
