摘　　要：地铁车站出入口装修工程工期紧、协调工作量大，各专业施工交叉进行，并且互相制约。在施工过程中，针对其特点，对施工过程管理中的控制要点和技术制定了切实可行的办法，特别是对装修材料非标件的施工管理控制进行了研究。Subway station entrances and exits have tight renovation, large the coordination work and each professional construction cross conduct, and restrict each other. In the process of construction, the author makes practical and feasible measures to the control points and technology in the cons-truction process management according to the characteristics, especial y studies the construction management control to the decorate material non-standard parts.
