摘　　要：工程实施阶段管理是关键阶段所在，更是一个工程的灵魂，关乎着工程是否能如期完成。因此，工程实施阶段的进度的管理是极其重要的，而我们也需要在实践中去建立合适的进度管理制度来保证工程的质量和进度。The project implementation stage management is the key stage and also the soul of a project, which relates to whether the project can accomplish in time or not. Therefore, the progress management of the project implementation stage is extremely important, and people also need to establish proper progress management system to ensure engineering quality and progress.
