摘　　要：北京在旧城老住宅区的更新改造中，不同利益体之间的矛盾日益突出，对传统的更新改造模式提出了挑战。本文旨在通过对旧城老住宅区更新改造现状的研究，剖析目前更新改造中的困境，并提出了相应的优化策略。In the renovation and reconstruction of old resid-ential area in Beijing, the contradiction between different inter-ests is becoming more and more prominent that puts forward chal enges to the traditional renovation and reconstruction pa-t ern. The purpose of this paper is to analysis of the current predicament of renovation and reconstruction and puts forward corresponding optimization strategy through researching the current status of renovation and reconstruction for old city residential area.
