摘　　要：结合住宅工业化发展及其新型工业化体系发展分析,提出了新型内装工业化的住宅建筑填充体技术解决方案;阐述了示范工程住宅建筑填充体的样板间建造的实施要点,并对其标准化设计、空间适应性设计、部品模块化设计和内装部品集成技术应用的创新性设计研究实践进行了探讨。Based on the analysis of the development of housing industrialization and new industrialization system, this paper proposes a technical solution to housing infill deriving from new infill construction. Detineating key points of applying such techniques in sample rooms of a demonstration project, this paper also elaborates on the innovative practice of standardized design, adaptive spatial design, modular components and the integrated technology of infill and components.
