摘　　要：基于对日本住宅工业化内装部品发展源流的研究,系统分析了KEP、NPS、CHS、KSI四大内装部品体系的形成和特点,以及相互间的关系。并通过适应性内装部品体系实践,总结了日本KEP到KSI的借鉴意义,最终实现长寿化的可持续住宅建设。Based on the study of the origin and development of Infill Components within Japanese housing industrialization, this paper systematically analyzes the formation and characteristics of four systems （KEP, NPS, CHS, KSI）, and relationships amongst them. Through the application of adaptable infill components system, thispaper summarizes the referential significance from KEP to KSI in Japan aiming to fulfill the construction of long life and sustainable housing.
