摘　　要：蒙古族自古就有崇尚火的习俗,蒙古族火崇拜习俗除日常祭火外,其重要表现形式之一,就是每年一度的祭灶。笔者对鄂尔多斯市乌审旗的祭灶习俗进行了田野考察,记述了仪式的全过程,探讨了仪式的意义,在此基础上,对祭火仪式的变迁以及引发变迁的因素进行了尝试性分析。Since ancient times, Mongolian worship fire. In addition to daily sacrificial fire, one of the important Mongolian Fire Worship manifestations is the annual Kitchen God Worship. From the fieldwork of Kitchen God Worshipping customs in Uxin Banner, Ordos City, the author describes the process of sacrificial fire ceremony and discusses the significance of the ceremony. On this basis, the author makes tentative analysis on the changes of the sacrificial fire ceremony and the factors that lead to changes.
