聚酰亚胺乳液的制备及其对芳纶纸的增强作用

摘　　要：采用自制乳化剂A,通过相反转法制备出聚酰亚胺树脂乳液.研究了转速、乳化剂用量、温度、乳化时间对乳液的影响.结果表明,在转速为300 r/min,温度为40℃,乳化剂浓度为23％,乳化时间为70 min的条件下,可以制备出粒径为5～7 μm的聚酰亚胺树脂乳液;采用该树脂乳液浸渍芳纶纸,芳纶纸的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数均明显提高.A water-emulsified polyimide resin was prepared by using phase-inversion method and chemical A as emulsifier in this experiment.The influence of stirring speed,emulsifier dosage,emulsifying temperature,and emulsifying time on emulsion particle size was studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions were water-emulsifier dosage was 23％,emulsifying temperature was 40℃ and emulsifying time was 70 min.Under these conditions,particle size of polyimide emulsion was among 5 ～ 7 μm.The application result showed that the tensile index,burst index and tear index of aramid paper increased significantly with impregnation of the emulsion.
