摘　　要：明清徽商在推动社会经济发展的同时,也创造了科举和学术事业的辉煌。徽商家庭出身的金榜,既是乾隆壬辰科的状元,也是"皖派"学术的中坚人物。通过对金榜家世生平、学术风格和社会影响的梳理与展示,借以领略以金榜家族为代表的徽州人"贾而好儒"、"贾儒相济"的人生追求和价值取向。Huizhou merchants not only promoted social and economic development,but also created the imperial and bril- liant examinations and academic career during Ming and Qing Dynasties. Jin Bang was born in Huizhou merchants＇ family. He was an champion of Qianlong period ,and a backbone figure in the Wan pai（ ＂皖派＂ ） academic too. Jin Bang was a successful example of the Huizhou merchants that enamored to education and examinations and business, his family background, life expe- rience,academic style and social impaetion reflected the general pursuit of life and values in Huizhou merchants＇ family.
