摘 要:针对传统混合动力汽车(HEV)系统效率优化控制方法存在的参数依赖性问题,提出了一种IPMSM电机鲁捧自调节最大转矩电流比(MTPA)优化方法。该方法通过在定子电流矢量角上叠加一个高频正弦小信号,通过数字信号处理提取出反映转矩变化规律的功率信号,并采用PI调节器锁定出最优矢量角。此外,设计了高频电流控制器进行内环电流调节器动态补偿,从而提高鲁棒MTPA控制的动态响应性能。最后,搭建了一台22 kW的永磁同步电机HEV系统实验样机,对所提鲁棒MTPA方法的动、稳态性能进行了实验验证,结果表明该方法下HEV系统具备较强的鲁棒性和高效性。For the parameters dependency problem of traditional efficiency optimization control of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV),a robust self-regulation maximum torque per ratio (MTPA) optimization method of IPMSM was proposed.A small high frequency sine signal was superposed to the stator current vector angle,the power signals reflecting torque variation were extracted by digital signal processing,and the optimal vector angle was locked using PI regulator.The high-frequency current controller with internal current regulator dynamic compensation was designed to improve dynamic response of the robust MTPA control.Finally,a HEV system with 22 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor prototype was set up to experiment.Results show that this method has high robustness and efficiency in HEV system.
