摘　　要：摊铺机熨平板的预加热与否,会对摊铺机起步时的摊铺质量产生很大影响。为了提高摊铺机的工作效率和摊铺质量,设计了使用柴油为燃料的新型熨平板加热系统,对熨平板进行热量分析,并用MATLAB对其进行仿真。研究结果表明:与传统的液化天然气加热方法相比,以柴油为燃料的加热系统更加高效,可以明显提高摊铺机的工作效率和摊铺质量。Whether the paver screed is preheated or not, it will seriously affect the quality of paving at the time when the paver starts. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency and paving quality, the paver screed needs to he heated rapidly and effectively. A new method of screed heating which is fueled by diesel was proposed. Thermal analysis on the screed was conducted, and simulation was carried out via MATLAB. The results show that compared with the conventional method of heating which uses the liquefied natural gas, the diesel-fueled heating system yields higher efficiency and speed.
