护理干预在^(131)I治疗甲状腺功亢进症中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理干预在131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)中的应用效果。方法收集2011年1月—2013年12月我院收治的甲亢患者164例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组82例。两组均接受131I治疗,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行系统护理干预。观察两组护理满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度和总有效率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后SAS和SDS评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对131I治疗甲亢患者实施系统护理干预,有利于改善患者心理状态,减少不良反应,提高临床疗效及护理满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in 131 Iodine treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods A total of 164 patients with hyperthyroidism during January 2011 and December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group（n=82）and control group（n=82）. The 131 Iodine therapy was performed in the two groups,the control group received routine care,while the observation group underwent systematic nursing in-tervention based on the routine care was given. The sense of nursing satisfaction,scores of self-rating anxiety scale （ SAS）and self-rating depression scale（ SDS）,clinical efficacy and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results In observation group,the levels of sense of nursing satisfaction and total effective rate were significantly higher,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower compared with those in con-trol group（P〈0. 05）;after the nursing care was given,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the scores in observation group were significantly lower compared with those in control group（ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The systematic intervention nursing for hyperthyroidism patients with I-odine 131 treatment has great benefit in improving the patient＆#39;s mental status,reducing adverse reactions,promoting the clinical effect and sense of nursing satisfaction.
