摘 要:利用自制的人工紫外线老化箱,通过DSR、BBR试验以及红外光谱分析等手段,研究不同紫外老化时间下紫外线光老化(uV老化)对橡胶沥青各项性能的影响,并与基质沥青相对比。结果表明:随uV老化时间的延长,橡胶沥青高温性能提高,低温变形能力降低,更容易发生脆性破坏;橡胶沥青抵抗老化的能力要强于基质沥青;从低温延度指标和BBR指标来看,橡胶沥青PAV老化程度和UV老化12-15个月相似;从车辙因子来看,橡胶沥青PAV老化程度和UV老化9个月相似;从疲劳因子来看,橡胶沥青PAV老化程度和UV老化12个月相似;红外光谱图表明,橡胶沥青在UV老化过程中,透光度增加,但其内部结构和官能团并没有发生变化;从红外光谱图来看uV老化12个月以后,橡胶沥青不再继续老化。Through dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)test,bending beam rheometer(BBR) test and infrared spectroscopic analysis,the influence of different ultraviolet radiation aging(UV aging) time on the rubber asphalt performance was investigated by a self-made artificial ultraviolet radiation aging box,compared with basic asphalt.The results show that with the increasing of aging time the high temperature stability of aged rubber asphalt is improved,and low temperature deformability of aged rubber asphalt declines,more readily to appear brittle failure.The ability of rubber asphalt to resist ultraviolet radiation aging is better than basic asphalt.From the point of low temperature ductility index and BBR index,PAV aging degree of rubber asphalt is similar to 12~5 months UV ageing degree.From the point of rutting factor,PAV aging degree of rubber asphalt is similar to 9 months UV aging degree.From the point of fatigue factor,PAV aging degree of rubber asphalt is similar to 12 months UV aging degree.IR spectrogram showed that,light transmittance of rubber asphalt increases in UV aging process,but its internal structure and functional groups do not change.From IR spectrogram,rubber asphalt aging ceases after 12 months UV aging.
