摘　　要：大数据环境下,人们越来越深刻的认识到海量数据背后所蕴藏的巨大价值。地方政府作为手握大数据的主要主体之一,应充分挖掘和有效利用这些海量数据,转变传统的社会管理方法和模式,探索大数据环境下新的管理方式、方法和路径,推动地方政府加强和创新社会管理目标的实现。Large data environment ,people become increasingly aware of the enormous value hidden behind massive amounts of data .As one of the main body holding big data ,local government should fully tap and effective use of these massive data , and change the traditional social management methods and models to explore new management approach ,methods and paths in large data environment ,and promote local government to strengthen social management and innovation .
