摘 要:结合铝及铝合金热轧工作温度高、轧件表面质量要求高等特点,通过对基础油、乳化剂及其他添加剂的考察和筛选,确定了一种新的铝及铝合金热轧乳化液配方。经过大量的试验研究和在国内某铝业公司的试用表明,使用研制的乳化液较之前的乳化液,能获得表面质量更高的铝轧件,完全满足生产各种类型铝制品润滑的使用要求。同时,研制乳化液的吨铝油耗比原用乳化液的吨铝油耗减少26%,能有效地降低工厂的工艺润滑成本。According to the requirements for high temperature of hot rolling and high quality of the surface of the aluminum and aluminum alloys, a formula of new emulsion is determined by studying and selecting the base oil, emulsifier and compound additives. A large number of tests are conducted and the emulsion is successfully in the trial of a domestic aluminum company. It is found that the developed emulsion can obtain higher surface quality than before and can fully fulfill the requirements for production of various types of aluminum products. Mean-while ,the developed emulsion consumption is 26% less than the original emulsion per ton of aluminum,which can effectively reduce the cost of technological lubrication.
