塞隆骨形态鉴别研究

摘　　要：塞隆骨是青藏高原特有的仓鼠科动物高原鼢鼠Myospalax baileyi的干燥全架骨骼,国家食品药品监督管理局一类新药材。在药材检验工作中,缺少高原鼢鼠骨骼形态学研究,难以鉴定塞隆骨。为更好执行并完善塞隆骨质量标准,该文使用啮齿动物学,中国鼢鼠研究文献及药材鉴定学对塞隆骨生药及各部分粉末显微形态特征进行研究,同时对其详细观察、记述并用标号标出特征部位,应用研究结果能够更有效鉴别塞隆骨药材。Sailonggu, a traditional Chinese medicineis whole skeleton of Myospalax baileyi, which is a kind of animal of rodent from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China. Osteon Myospalacem Baileyiis the first category medicinal materials of China Food and Drug Administration. For better quality control, a method of the morphological identification of Osteon Myospalacem Baileyiwas established by means of studying characteristics of the animal skeleton, it＇s microscopic characteristics of powder, and literatures comparison. The characteristics of Osteon Myospalaeem Baileyi were observed and recorded in detail and marked by number, which could be used for identifying crude drug of Osteon Myospalacem Baileyi efficiently.
