摘　　要：结合近年来很多高炉达不到设计寿命、甚至不断发生炉缸烧穿事故的现状,针对炉缸长寿,着重从炉缸砖衬结构、冷却强度、制造与施工质量、生产操作与维护等方面进行了探讨。In view of the case that the actual service life of many blast furnaces is shorter than the designed one in the past few years, especially hearth burnt through occurred frequently, the author makes a study on the approaches for long campaign of furnace hearth with respect to hearth lining structure, cooling intensity, manufacture and construction quality, production operation and maintenance.
