摘 要:流域初始水权分配是一个典型的高维、非线性、非正态的系统决策问题,传统方法在权重确定上主观性较大以及在决策方案求解上比较困难.为此,利用投影寻踪技术对此决策问题进行降维处理,采用混沌优化算法寻找最优的投影方向,提出了投影寻踪混沌优化模型.该模型直接由样本数据驱动,通过最佳投影方向计算决策方案的最优值,在权重的确定上客观公正,同时克服了传统方法要求目标函数和约束条件连续、可微的困难,避免了寻优搜索过程陷入局部极小点,模型的建立为流域初始水权分配的研究提供了新的方法与思路.通过实例计算及对比分析,证明了该模型的合理性和有效性.Initial water rights allocation for river basin is a typical multidimensional,nonlinear,abnormal system decision-making problem;and it is difficult to solve this problem by traditional methods on the subjective problem of weight determination and the solution of decision-making schemes.Chaos optimized projection pursuit model is established by adopting projection pursuit to reduce the dimensions of the decisionmaking problem and chaos optimization algorithm to search the optimum projection direction.It is directly driven by the sample data,and the optimum value of various schemes are calculated according to the optimum projection direction.By this model the difficulty that the objective functions and constraints must be continuous and differential can be avoided and the calculation efficiency is greatly enhanced;and the determination of weight is objective and fair.The establishment of the model provides a new method and thought for initial water rights allocation for river basin.The reasonableness and validity of the model is verified by an example calculation and comparative analysis.
