摘 要:结合住宅节能要求和外窗设计参数特点,运用BIN能耗分析法和全寿命周期成本测定方法,从能耗、成本、效益方面建立以外窗总成本额、节能措施能源节约利用率、投资价值比、节能差额净现值、节能增额投资回收期、内部收益率六项指标组成的评价指标体系;运用上述指标均能客观测定的优势,采用熵权法计算各指标权重,运用灰色关联分析方法计算备选方案的灰色相关度进行选优.以夏热冬冷地区住宅外窗为研究案例,通过所建立的节能外窗综合评价模型,进行多方案技术经济性分析比较,实证评价体系可行,为外窗节能评价提供理论方法参考.Combined with the residential building energy saving requirements and residential building outside window design parameter characteristics,this paper evaluated the outside window from the viewpoint of techno-economic evaluation by using the BIN energy consumption analysis method and the whole life cycle cost evaluation method,which summarized and refined six comprehensive assessment system including the kinds of energy consumption,cost,benefit indices,and applied the entropy weight method and gray correlation analysis method to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of energy-saving outside window.The outside window alternative schemes in hot summer and cold winter region were conducted with the techno-economic analysis and comparison.A qualitative and quantitative evaluation method is proposed for outside window energy saving assessment which is proved to be feasible.
