摘 要:针对脚型参数低成本高可靠性自动测量问题,研制了一种基于激光扫描的脚型测量系统。该系统主要由线结构激光源、CMOS摄像头、扫描机构及其控制软件组成。采用最小面积外接矩形法、最大方差分割法以及灰度重心法等图像处理方法,实现了摄像头标定、足底扫描图像处理和足面线结构光图像处理等系统关键技术。为验证系统的可靠性及精度,46名志愿者应征参与到实验中,运用统计学方法,统计分析脚型参数的可靠性。研究结果表明,该脚型测量系统具有很好的可靠性和精度,满足脚型测量的需求。For automatic measurement of foot parameters with high reliability and low cost, we develop a laser passing-based foot parameter measurement system. The system is mainly composed of line structured laser source, CMOS camera, scanning mechanism and its control software. We realise the key technologies of camera calibration, the scanned plantar images processing and the line structured foot surface light images processing by using the image processing methods such as the minimum area bounding rectangle method, the maximum variance partitioning method and the gray barycentre method, etc. For verifying the reliability and accuracy of the system, 46 volunteers are recruited to participate into the experiment. and the statistical analyses are carried out for the reliability of foot parameters by using statistical method. Studying results show that the foot measurement system has high reliability and accuracy, and meets the demand of the foot measurement.
