摘　　要：设计并实现了以DM3730处理器为核心,选用CMOS高清镜头,最高达到720p/30f的高速高清视频采集与处理系统。该系统对视频图像具有边缘检测、图像增强、人脸跟踪和底片视频等处理功能,并基于QT实现了人机友好交互界面及OSD功能,支持压缩模式下的网络传输以及USB2.0、USB OTG功能,方便实现视频图像与计算机的通信与存储。系统可广泛应用在医学、监控等许多对高清视频与图像处理有需求的领域。We design and implement a high-speed HD video signal acquisition and processing system with the highest performance at 720p/30f, it uses DM3730 processor as its core, and the CMOS HD lens selected. The system has the processing functions on video images including the edge detection, image enhancement, face tracking and negatives video, etc. Moreover, it realises man-machine friendly interactive interface based on QT as well as OSD function, supports the network transmission in compression mode and the USB2.0 and USB OTG functions, these bring convenience to achieving the communications between the video images and the computers as well as the data storage. The system can be widely applied in many sectors such as medical and monitoring areas which have the demands in HD video and image processing.
