摘 要:为改善氨基硅油乳液漂油及其整理织物易黄变和疏水等问题,以双端环氧基聚硅氧烷和聚醚胺(ED-600)为原料,通过环氧基与胺基的亲核开环反应,合成一种嵌段型聚醚胺改性聚硅氧烷。研究了双端环氧基聚硅氧烷分子中聚硅氧烷链段相对分子质量对环氧基转化率、乳液性能及整理织物性能的影响,优化了聚硅氧烷链段相对分子质量,测定了改性聚硅氧烷乳液及其整理棉织物的性能。结果表明:当聚硅氧烷链段相对分子质量为4 300时,环氧基转化率高;产物数均分子质量为1.73×104,相对分子质量分布较窄;改性聚硅氧烷乳液稳定不漂油,平均粒径为54 nm,粒径分布集中;与氨基硅油和侧链型聚醚改性氨基硅油相比,改性聚硅氧烷整理织物具有良好的柔软性、亲水性以及较低的黄变性。In order to solve the problems of amino modified silicone emulsion floating oil and its finished fabric on easy yellowing and hydrophobicity,a kind of block type polyether amine modified polysiloxane was synthesized from diepoxy-terminated polysiloxane and polyether amine (ED-600) as raw materials by nucleophilic ring-opening reaction of epoxy groups with amino groups.The Influence of relative molecular weight of polysiloxane segment of diepoxy-terminated polysiloxane on the epoxy group conversion rate,the properties of emulsion,and the properties of finished fabric were studied,the relative molecular weight of polysiloxane segment was optimized,and the properties of modified polysiloxane emulsion and its finished cotton fabric were measured.The results indicated that:as the relative molecular weight of the polysiloxane segement was 4 300,the epoxy groups conversion rate was high; the Mn of modified polysiloxane was 1.73 × 104,and the molecular weight distribution of modified polysiloxane was narrow;and the modified polysiloxane emulsion had stable property and no floating oil,the average particle size was 54 nm,and the distribution of particle size was centralized.Compared with the fabric finished by amino silicone and side-chained polyether modified amino-silicone,the fabric finished by the modified polysiloxane had better softness,hydrophilicity and relatively-low yellowing.
