摘  要:通过分析扫气口高度、圆周利用率、气口径向倾角等参数对对置二冲程柴油机扫气过程的影响,建立了基于GT-Power的一维仿真模型,研究分析了扫气口高度、圆周利用率变化对发动机扫气过程的影响;同时建立基于AVL-FIRE的对置二冲程柴油机扫气过程CFD仿真模型,研究了气口径向倾角变化对发动机扫气过程的影响。研究结果表明:扫气过程中,扫气流量主要受扫气口开启面积大小的影响,并随着扫气口开启面积的增大而增大;适当的扫气口倾角能促进扫气过程中的新鲜充量和废气的分层,但是扫气倾角太大容易导致气缸中心空气密度低,残余废气易聚集难以排出气缸;当扫气倾角为20°时扫气效率最大。To improve the scavenging efficiency of the opposed-piston two-stroke diesel engine, impact of geometry parameters on scavenging process was analyzed. A 1-D simulation model was established based on GT-Power to study influence of port height and circumferential utilization rate, meanwhile CFD model was also established based on AVL-FIRE to study influence of port radial obliquity. Results show that scavenging port opening area is the main factor influencing scavenging mass flow, the larger the opening area, the more the scavenging mass flow. Proper port radial obliquity can increase scavenging flow velocity; while undue port radial obliquity can also lead to flow resistance increase resulting in reducing scavenging efficiency. At the port radial obliquity 20°CA, max. scavenging efficiency is achieved.
