摘 要:针对Y形橡胶密封圈在海洋柔性管道接头中服役时的变温变压工况,基于热弹性力学以及热应力分析理论,利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS分析压力和温度同时变化时Y形密封圈变形与应力分布。结果表明:Y形橡胶密封圈截面最大Von Mises应力和接触压力均随着工作压力和温度的增大而增大,但工作压力的影响要大于工作温度。Aimed at the rubber sealing Y-ring serving in the end fitting of flexible pipe in Marine at variable temperature and pressure condition, the deformation and stress distribution of the rubber sealing Y-ring were analyzed in serving conditions of temperature and pressure changed synchronously, based on the thermoelasticity and theoretical analysis of thermal stress, by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The results show that the maximum Von Mises stress of the cross section of rubber sealing Y-ring and the contact pressure are increased along with increasing of the working pressure and temperature, but the effect of working pressure is greater than that of temperature.
