摘　　要：电磁频谱管控是现代战场中各作战单元有效联合的关键环节。加强信息化条件下电磁频谱管控建设是一项重大而又紧迫的课题。通过对战场电磁环境内涵、特性进行分析,阐述了电磁频谱管控基本概念与内容,最后从应用角度考虑,提出了一套电磁频谱管控指标体系。Electromagnetic spectrum management （ EMSM） is the key link of combat troops alli-ance operation in the modern battlefield. It must be an urgent and important task to enhance the EMSM construction for operation in the condition of information. Firstly, the essence and char-acteristic of battlefield electromagnetic environment is studied. Secondly, the basic concepts and content of EMSM is described. Finally, the electromagnetic frequency spectrum management in-dexes system is put forward.
