摘　　要：Graves'眼病是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,细胞黏附分子在其自身免疫反应中发挥着重要作用。随着研究的深入发现,黏附分子在Graves'眼病局部眼眶组织中的表达和分布在不同细胞、不同的免疫活动度中不同,并受多种因素的影响。深入了解两者之间的关系,可为Graves'眼病发病机制的研究以及治疗提供可靠的理论依据。Graves＇ ohthalmopathy（GO） is considered as an organ specilic autoiramune disease, tAells adhesion molecule plays an important role in the autoimmune reaction in GO. Along with the development of research, it＇s discovered that cells adhesion molecule expression and distribution shows various characteristics in different orbital tissues ceils and under different iramunity activations among GO patients, influenced by many factors. Deeper understanding about the relationship between them may provide more reliable evidences for the pathogenesis research and treatment of GO.
