摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以多关节受累为主要表现的慢性自身免疫性炎性疾病,其具有较高的发病率和致残率,是造成人群劳动力丧失的主要疾病之一。现代医学对于RA的治疗存在起效慢、疗效不确切等不足,而中医治疗RA有其独特的优势。该文将近年来文献中关于中医对RA病因、病机、治疗的认识进行归纳、整理。Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） is a autoimmune disease that causes chronic inflammation of various joints,with high incidence and disability rate. It is one of the major diseases which can make the patients lose their labor force. Modern medicine has deficiencies in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, such as taking long time to effect, and unclear currative effects, etc. While the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantage. Here is to make a review of the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from the point of traditional Chinese medicine according to the latest literatures.
