摘　　要：探讨精梳棉羊毛37 tex混纺雪花纱的生产工艺。介绍了精梳棉和羊毛纤维的性能特点和纤维规格,分析了纤维性能对纺纱工艺和成品纱质量的影响。为了纺制具有星点雪花状外观的精梳棉羊毛混纺纱,在混和、梳棉和预并条工序中,分别制得有色预并条和白色预并条,并将5根有色预并条与3根白色预并条进行两道混并条、过粗纱、细纱和络筒工序,最终纺成精梳棉/羊毛70/30 37 tex和精梳棉/羊毛80/20 37 tex两种混纺雪花纱。认为:通过采取相应的工艺和技术措施,使所纺精梳棉羊毛混纺雪花纱产品质量和风格能满足开发要求。Production technology of 37 tex combed cotton wool blended flake yarn was discussed. Property charac- teristics and fiber specification of combed cotton and wool fibers were introduced. Influence of fiber property on spinning and yarn quality was analyzed. In order to spinning the combed cotton wool blended flake yarn, colored sliver and white drawing sliver were produced in blending, carding and pre-drawing process. Five colored slivers were blended with three white drawing sliver two times then the blended sliver was processed in roving, spinning and winding process. Finally the two kinds of blended flake yarn are spun, i.e. combed cotton/wool 70/30 37 rex yam and combed cotton/wool 80/20 37 rex yam. It is considered that the spun combed cotton wool blended flake yam can be produced successfully by taking the appropriate processes and technical measures, product quality and style can met the development requirements.
