摘　　要：探讨传统清梳改造成清梳联的改造方案及应用。分析了清梳联改造的市场潜力,清梳联改造的几种结构和控制方式。介绍了苏拉(金坛)传统清梳改造清梳联的改造方案、系统原理和特点。通过实例总结了清梳联改造工艺流程、长短片段自调匀整的配备方法和生产技术指标。对改造后的清梳联设备的生产管理和质量控制提出了建议。认为:清梳联改造以工艺先进,生产自动化、连续化已得到市场认可,苏拉(金坛)清梳联改造运行可靠,完全能够满足纺织厂传统清梳改造清梳联的需求。Solutions and applications of modifying traditional carding to blowing-carding unit were discussed. Mar- ket potential, several structures and control styles of blowing-carding unit modifications were analyzed. Case, system principles and characteristics of Saurer blowing-carding unit modifications were introduced. Technological process, the length of segment autoleveller equippment methods and production technology indexes of blowing-carding unit modifications were summarized by example. Production management and quality control after the modification were proposed. It is pointed out that blowing-carding unit modification with advanced technology, production automation, continuous has been recognized by the market. Saurer blowing-carding unit modification is reliable operation, the requirement of textile mill modification can be satisfied.
