摘　　要：总结Newdal 14.8 tex赛络纺针织纱生产要点。介绍了Newdal纤维的性能特点,及其针织制品的优势风格。通过原料选配,确定纺纱工艺流程,对原料进行加湿预处理,合理优化清棉、梳棉、并粗、细纱和络筒工序工艺参数,并采取相应的技术措施,顺利生产出Newdal 14.8 tex赛络纺针织纱。认为:采取上述措施可满足此产品开发的要求。Key production points of Newdal 14. 8 tex Siro knitting yarn were summarized. Newdal fiber properties and its knitting product style were introduced. Spinning process was determined by raw materials selection. Raw material was humidified, reasonable processing parameter in picking, carding, drawing, roving spinning and winding were optimized, related technology measures were adopted. Newdal 14.8 rex Siro knitting yarn can be produced successfully. It is considered that the development demand can be satisfied through adopting the above measures.
