摘　　要：借助土地资源优化配置理论,采用了定性和定量研究相结合的方法,确定了包头市土地资源优化配置的原则、内容、指标及权重。并通过对包头市土地资源利用现状、特点和存在问题的研究,根据包头市的实际情况,提出了土地资源优化配置方案。Using a variety of land resources optimal allocation theory and adopting the method combining the qualitative and quantitative research, the principles, contents as well as the indicators and their weights for optimal allocation of the land resources in Baotou municipality are determined. Based on a study of the current situation, characteristics as well as the ex- isting problems in the utilization of the land resources in Baotou municipality and the practical situation of Baotou munici- pality, an optimal land resource allocation scheme is proposed.
