摘　　要：目的探讨经腹腔镜下双侧子宫动脉阻断术＋人工流产术治疗切口妊娠的应用价值。方法2013年3月至2013年8月我院收治的停经42—76d的24例切口妊娠患者均行经腹腔镜下双侧子宫动脉阻断术＋人工流产术。结果24例均手术成功，无并发症，术后血HCG恢复正常时间10-25d。结论经腹腔镜下双侧子宫动脉阻断术＋人工流产术治疗切口妊娠，可以一次性清除病灶，手术操作微创、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of abortion and laparoseopic bilateral uterine artery occlusion for cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods 24 patients with cesarean sear pregnancy admitted into our hospital from March to August 2013 and having menopause 42-76 days were all treated with abortion and laparoscopic bilateral uterine artery occlusion. Results All 24 cases had successful surgery without complications; and their ostoperative serum HCG returned to normal level 10-25 days after the operation. Conclusions Abortion and laparoseopic bilateral uterine artery occlusion for cesarean scar pregnancy can remove the lesions one time, is minimally invasive, and has few complications. Therefore, it is worth being clinically generalized.
