摘 要:对经过热处理和未经过热处理的超高强度300M钢在室温下的常规疲劳性能进行了研究,用红外成像仪测量了疲劳试验过程中合金表面的温度变化;根据疲劳试验过程中温度-应力关系及试样表面温度分布差异,确定疲劳断裂位置和疲劳极限。结果表明:根据试件表面温度变化可以预测疲劳断裂位置;以此法确定的热处理300M钢疲劳极限为833MPa,与常规疲劳试验测得的疲劳极限吻合较好;加载初期300M钢升温到一定温度后形成平稳段,在断裂前温度快速升高。The conventional fatigue properties of ultra-strength 300M steel under condition with or without heat-treatment at room-temperature were tested.The surface temperature of 300M steel specimens was tested by noncontact infrared thermograph technology.The fatigue limits of 300M steel were defined by the stress-temperature and the different of specimen surface temperature.The results show that the fatigue crack location could be found by the temperature change of specimen surface,the fatigue limit of 300M steel with heat-treatment is 833MPa.This fatigue limit is as same as the conventional fatigue testing.At the beginning of fatigue test the temperature of 300M steel specimen was a smooth phase after rising at one certain temperature and the temperature of fatigue crack location would be raised up rapidly before specimen fracture.
