摘  要:采取模压成型制备发泡天然橡胶复合材料,通过复合材料硫化与发泡匹配机理,研究了硫化剂含量对发泡天然橡胶质量及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫化剂含量的增加,发泡材料的泡孔直径、泡孔尺寸分布逐渐降低,泡孔密度先增加后降低;当硫化剂含量为2.5份时,其泡孔质量最理想,泡孔直径、泡孔密度分别为175.12μm、2.25×106 cm-3。发泡天然橡胶材料的力学性能方面,其综合性能较好,邵氏硬度20,压缩永久变形95%,冲击回弹性59%。从发泡质量和力学性能的角度来看,当硫化剂含量为2.5份时,发泡材料的力学性能较好。Foamed natural rubber composites were prepared by molding technology. According to the match between curing and blowing of the composites, the influence on foaming quality and properties of foamed natural rubber/ vulcanizing agent composites was studied. The result showed that with the increase of the vulcanizing agent content, cell diameter and cell size distribution of the foamed material gradually decrease, cell density increases first and then decreases. There is perfect foaming effect in foamed natural rubber/vulcanizing agent composites for adding 2.5wt% vulcanizing agent,as the cell size is 175.12μm, the cell size distribution is uniform and the cell density is 2. 25 ×10^6cm^-3. Natural rubber foam material has good comprehensive mechanical properties,as the Shore hardness is 20, the permanent compressive deformation is 95%, impact resilience is 59%. When vulcanizing agent content is 2. 5wt%, foamed natural rubber/vulcanizing agent composites has good mechanical properties.
