摘　　要：米拉贝隆是一种新型、有效及高选择性的β_3受体激动剂,能增加膀胱容积、降低膀胱自主收缩的频率、延长排尿间歇,进一步安全有效地控制膀胱过度活动症。临床研究证实,米拉贝隆可以显著减少24 h尿失禁次数及排尿次数并增加平均每次排尿尿液体积,在改善尿急发生和夜尿增多等方面也有很好的疗效,且具有良好的安全性和耐受性,为治疗膀胱过度活动症改善患者生活质量提供了新的治疗手段。Mirabegron, a novel, potent and selective β3-adrenoceptor agonist, can increase bladder capacity, decrease the frequency of rhythmic bladder contractions, and prolong micturition interval. It can safely and effectively control the overactive bladder symptom. Clinical studies have confirmed that mirabegron can remarkably reduce the mean number of incontinence and micturitions per 24 h, increase the mean volume voided per micturition, and effectively improve urgency and nocturia episodes. With good safety and tolerability, mirabegron has become a novel treatment option for patients with overactive bladder symptom, improving their quality of life.
