摘 要:在研发和申报对化学性肝损伤有保护作用的药物以及有辅助保护功能的保健食品时,常采用实验大鼠或小鼠的四氯化碳(CCl_4)肝损伤模型作为检验方法。目前,对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护功能的检验方法遵循《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版),采用四氯化碳急性肝损伤模型,实验后检测ALT,AST中任意一项和肝脏组织病理学诊断结果为阳性,方可诊断为有效。由于现有技术规范在组织病理学评价方法在实际诊断中难以执行,因此,客观、科学、可行的组织病理学诊断方法在本检验中显得极其重要,本文就急性肝损伤模型的组织病理学诊断方法进行探讨并提出建议。The experimental method of rat or mouse liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) is often used to evaluate the protective effects of drugs or possible protective effects of health foods from chemical liver injury. Rat or mouse liver acute injury induced by CCl4 is currently used according to "Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food" (2003 Edition). The results of either ALT or AST, as well as positive results of histopathological diagnosis of liver, could determine the protecting effects of drugs or health foods. Because the current technical standards are difficult to implement in the histopathological diagnosis and evaluation, it is extremely important to perform this test objectively, scientifically and feasibly for histopathologic diagnosis. This article discussed histopathological diagnosis of acute liver injury induced by CCl4 and proposed suggestions.
